The following is a list of available scholarships and bursaries. British Columbia Institute of Technology
British Columbia Institute of Technology CA Education Foundation Scholarship Awarded to an accounting student completing the Bachelor of Technology degree program, maintaining at least a B average in accounting courses over the previous two semesters, and expressing intention to enter the CA program. Students must apply to the Scholarship office at their school. CA Education Foundation Award in Advanced Accounting This $500 scholarship is awarded annually to a BCIT student enrolled in the Financial Management program who expresses the intention of becoming a Chartered Accountant. CA Education Foundation John Hadfield Memorial Scholarship This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a Commerce/Accounting student who intends to become a Chartered Accountant and has achieved academic excellence in at least four courses of the college program. CA Education Foundation Award Students can apply to the CA Education Foundation for one of 7-$1000 tuition
awards. Students must be in their final year of their diploma or degree program,
include a letter indicating intention to become a CA, and submit an application
form to the CA Education Foundation. Students will receive their award upon
registering with CASB or the ACIA program. Application deadline February 28. CA Education Foundation Award Students can apply to the CA Education Foundation for one of 7-$1000 tuition
awards. Students must be in their final year of their diploma or degree program,
include a letter indicating intention to become a CA, and submit an application
form to the CA Education Foundation. Students will receive their award upon

CA Education Foundation Desmond O'Brien Memorial Scholarship This $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student of high academic standing in the faculty of Business Administration who has completed 75-105 semester hours and at least nine hours of accounting courses and has expressed intent to become a CA. Students apply through the Financial Aid Office. CA Education Foundation Business Administration Co-op Education Scholarship Awarded annually to a full-time student in the Business Administration's Co-op Education program, this $2,000 scholarship requires the recipient to have completed one work semester, have high academic standing and the expressed intent of becoming a Chartered Accountant. CA Education Foundation Scholarship Two awards of $1000 each awarded to accounting students completing the third year of the degree program, maintaining at least a B average in accounting courses over the previous two semesters, and expressing intention to enter the CA program. Students must apply to the Scholarship office at their school. Thompson Rivers University - Open Learning CA Education Foundation Award Students can apply to the CA Education Foundation for one of 7-$1000 tuition
awards. Students must be in their final year of their diploma or degree program,
include a letter indicating intention to become a CA, and submit an application
form to the CA Education Foundation. Students will receive their award upon
registering with CASB or the ACIA program. Application deadline February 28. CA Education Foundation Scholarship Awarded to an accounting student completing the third year of the degree program, maintaining at least a B average in accounting courses over the previous two semesters, and expressing intention to enter the CA program. Students must apply to the Scholarship office at their school. University of British Columbia CA Education Foundation Desmond O'Brien Memorial Scholarship This $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time third year Commerce student in the Accounting Option on the recommendation of Faculty. The recipient must be continuing with the Accounting Option, have a high academic standing, express intent to become a CA, and be deserving of financial assistance. No application is necessary. The UBC Student Financial Assistance and Awards Office contact students eligible for this award. CA Education Foundation Peter Stanley Scholarship A $1,200 scholarship is offered to a full-time student entering fourth year in the Accounting Option of the Sauder School of Business. The recipient must be continuing with the Accounting Option, have a high academic standing, express intent to become a Chartered Accountant, and be deserving of financial assistance. The award is made on the recommendation of the School. CA Education Foundation William Rowe Memorial Scholarship This $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time third year Commerce student in the Accounting Option on the recommendation of Faculty. The recipient must be continuing with the Accounting Option, have a high academic standing, be deserving of financial assistance, and have expressed the intention of becoming a Chartered Accountant. No application is necessary. The UBC Student Financial Assistance and Awards Office contact students eligible for this award. CA Education Foundation Jim Miller DAP Scholarship Two $1,000 scholarships are available to students enrolled in the Diploma in Accounting Program at the Sauder School of Business. They are awarded to students with high academic standing and leadership with the intention of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA). The awards are made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business. University College of the Fraser Valley CA Education Foundation Scholarship Awarded to an accounting student completing the third year of the degree program, maintaining at least a B average in accounting courses over the previous two semesters, and expressing intention to enter the CA program. Students must apply to the Scholarship office at their school. University of Northern British Columbia CA Education Foundation Award Students can apply to the CA Education Foundation for one of 7-$1000 tuition
awards. Students must be in their final year of their diploma or degree program,
include a letter indicating intention to become a CA, and submit an application
form to the CA Education Foundation. Students will receive their award upon
registering with CASB or the ACIA program. Application deadline February 28. CA Education Foundation Scholarship Awarded annually to a full-time student in the UVIC Commerce department, the recipient of this $2,000 award will be selected by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendations of the appropriate faculty, School or Department, and Student Awards and Financial Aid. Applicants will have the expressed intent of becoming Chartered Accountants. CA Education Foundation Award Students can apply to the CA Education Foundation for one of 7-$1000 tuition
awards. Students must be in their final year of their diploma or degree program,
